We provide Sizing facilities like Sucker Muller, Double Size Box, Double Dip, Double Squeeze Warper, Waening, weave all required qualities constructions in different types of weaving. For processing we can provide 4 traditional Kair’s and continuous bleaching facilities along with pigment & reactive Dyed fabrics in 100% Cotton & Poly Cotton qualities.
For Printing We have 3 Rotary printing machines from Stork, 1 for narrow and 2 for wider widths. We also have fully computerized “Reggiani” Rotary printing machine having capability to print up to 16 colours designs with 4 different repeats i,e, 640, 820, 914 and 1018 mm on maximum 300 cms width. A fleet of 10 machines is available to take care of heating settings and finishing process of printed, dyed and bleached fabrics comprising on “Monfort Stanters (Germany) along with “Bianco’s (Italy) Weft Stanter system.
We offer latest digital printing technology for different types of fabrics and custom color matching.
Extensive range of Embroidery Machines giving us the capability to produce many designs from simplest to the complex and enable us to cope with the quick turnaround on both small and large volume. Stitching department consisted of 100 machines. In our stitching department with the help of skilled labour & the supervision of technical and qualified supervisors.
Our Lab has calibrated instruments for testing of different textile Products and chemicals. All tests are carried out as per ISO and ASTM standards.
